Timetable

We moved to a new gym in Whitchurch (HR9 6BX) in the Summer of 2024. If you are interested in joining Flipz, please click on the link below and we will be in touch when we have a suitable space. Your child will be invited along to a trial prior to committing to a weekly class.

Notice Period – Please note that we request members let us know (in writing), before the 25th of the month, should they wish to relinquish their space, in order to avoid being charged for the following month.

Recreational Classes – Reception Age+

Our Flipz policy is to try to make these classes as enjoyable and challenging as possible.  Warming up as a group, the class then splits into three groups in order to use the apparatus.  A program is in place to ensure that each group has the same amount of time on the apparatus overall.  We then finish the session with a cool-down as a group.  Throughout the term we allocate certain sessions for assessment of the gymnasts to give them the opportunity to gain elements of our proficiency award schemes.  We always finish the term with ‘fun’ sessions that allow them some free time on the equipment.

Advanced Gymnastics

We offer a more advanced gymnastics class on a Tuesday evening for gymnasts aged 8+. We are also introducing an ‘Advanced Invitational’ group in Spring 2025 that will train twice a week and have the opportunity to be involved in external competitions and displays. This class is by invitation only and will cater for gymnasts aged 5+.

Holiday Classes 

We run classes during some holiday periods. We will post holiday sessions here and on our Flipz Facebook Page: Facebook
